Its easy to think of winter dishes to make with kale but harder to think of summer ones. I recently had it in a salad with strawberries and pomegranate.
I’m still looking for the recipe for the dressing so if anyone has any ideas I’d love to hear! I think the cavalero nero (aka black kale or Russian kale, very cheffy!) is good for salad so in the meantime here’s a different kale salad! Its American so zucchini is, of course courgette and garbanzo beans are chick peas.
We have all the herbs growing at Go Local so you could always call up and collect some! You could also have a go at Chris Morrison’s kale and chard tart if you substitute the chard for more kale.
