Future crops

tundra cabbageIan has ordered Tundra cabbage seeds so that he can bring them on for spring to keep the crop share options going. He also wants to get a late sowing of mustards done to go inside to bulk out the over winter offerings.

Tundra is a hardy, heavy yielding crop that stands the late winter weather if you really want to know.

No, we couldn’t have January King cabbages as this option was not in the catalogue Ian uses.

And it’s definitely time to get those onion beds sorted and prepared for winter onion sets – not to mention the garlic too.
