There’s a box in the dome that is asking people to put copies of their favorite recipes in it for others to share and take away.
Seems that Sam’s recipe for parsnip ice cream is going down a treat.
But I’m sure that there are many members who have interesting, tried and tested recipes using vegetables from the crop share that they use and which would be good to share. Or even the fruit when it is on offer in the season.
We are always happy to put popular recipes on the blog or Facebook so that everyone can be inspired to cook something they haven’t tried before.

50g sunflower seeds : blitz to breadcrumb consistency. Add the following to make paste consistency and make 16 balls. Refrigerate 1 hour.
100g hazelnuts
200g broccoli
25g onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp. tahini
1 tbsp. maca powder ((Tesco; Holland & Barrett; Argos etc)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Seasoning
