The first ladybird caterpillar larva was spotted in the poly tunnel that will host the peppers last week.
Go Local Food likes ladybirds as they control aphids – they are free, no chemicals involved and totally organic!
We had a splendid company of ladybirds last year so hope that they have stayed with us to breed again and work with us in the poly tunnels.
