Next Members Meeting – Monday 10th, October 2016

7 for 7.30 start finished by 9.30 pm

A busy time on the members’ front!! This meeting is one of the four we hold each year to guide the work and help make decisions.

At this meeting Ian wants to start looking at our cropping plan for 2017! So come prepared to talk about vegetables you’d like. We want to update everyone on the Awards for All grant and our plans for that.

We also need to look at how we get enough hours on the field and Leigh is developing a new Health and Safety plan – well when we say ‘new’ we probably mean first proper plan – and we need to look at that.

Venue to be confirmed but we are hoping for Ovington Social Club again.
