The robins are very active around the Go Local Food fields supervising all the work that is going on.
Someone or something has been attacking the kale (not the black kale yet, it’s early in the season). That could well be our not friends the pigeons. Better get the netting back in place sooner rather than later as we want the kale for the crop shares.
We don’t want to come back after the Christmas break to no kale.
The surprisingly warm days between the frosts have left a few marigolds still flowering near the swedes. This is December. Odd.
