There’s a chicken run to dispose of – any member who donates £30 to Go Local Food can take it away. It is certainly in good repair. 
A good load of manure has been spread on the top field – I walked passed it up wind on the way to the Palace and can vouch for it being smelly. But that goes with growing things – there are times when looking after the soil can be smelly.
Supports for this year’s pea crop have been collected and stacked ready for use.
