Recipe for mustard pesto

The red leaf mustard will be cleared to be included in the crop share this week as the hanging baskets are required for the next sowing of crops. Ian thinks that you might be interested in this recipe for your crop share this week.

In  bowl:

  1. Take a good handful of mustard leaves.
  2. Add a small handful of walnuts.
  3. Add crumbled blue cheese (Stilton for instance).
  4. Add about 50ml of oil (a cheap one will do as the other ingredients will make this a rich recipe).
  5. Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
