Go Local Food had a challenge to identify 5 herbs that were in tubs on our stall at the Hexham Spring Festival and it certainly kept the passersby guessing.
The clue ‘after eight mint’ (chocolate mint) went down very well!
Here are the answers:
1 = Chocolate Mint
2 = Coriander
3 = Oregano
4 = Parsley
5 = Tarragon
We have a couple of winners who will receive a share of our crop this week. And all the herbs are ones that our members can cut free with their crop share every week when they are in season (the herbs that is).
