The apple press was busy on the Go Local fields on Sunday afternoon. In fact Chas was kept busy with a continuous stream of pressing from 1 pm till 3.45 pm! Many different varieties of apples were pulped and pressed, many different blends were created… and we even found that adding chillies to the mix worked! Till next year then.
