Still a few days to take advantage of our great chance to buy locally grown vegetables, locally reared turkey, with wine and locally produced apple juice for your Christmas feast.
Select a bundle from the Christmas Food Bundle form – your choice can include: vegetables (6 varieties e.g. potatoes, onions, parsnips, sprouts, swede, leeks, broccoli, carrots depending on what is available at that weekend), a free range turkey reared on Hadrian’s Wall, 2 bottles of wine (sadly not produced locally) for members only plus a bottle of apple juice produced in Tyne Valley and Heather honey (comb) from Derwent Reservoir or Whickham honey (liquid or crystallised).
Collect from the GO Local Fields next to the Halls of Heddon nursery at Ovington on Saturday, 23rd December 2017.
Place your order by 1st December, by completing the Christmas Food Bundle form (you will need Adobe Acrobat to read it) and handing into Go Local Food field or emailing your requirements to admin@golocalfood.org.uk. We’ll confirm your order. Payment to be made by 10th December – payment details to follow as it depends on the size of the turkeys we order.
