The weather has turned hot and fine. Anyone noticed? Outside on the Go Local Fields the ground preparation has started with the potato area turned over and composted, the brassica bed being prepared, another row of broad beans are now outside in the ground and another 500 broad beans sown in the poly tunnels.
Of course the sudden heatwave has required that the poly tunnels and cold frame may need watering more than once a day.
So plenty of things to do to get the season started. Hello growing.
